Fall 2012 XC Meeting - Thursday, May 24th at 3 pm in the Business Classroom Room #138 at the High School.  Bring $5 if you want a team window sticker.

First day of practice - Monday, August 6th, 2012 - Have your updated physical, emergency card and participation card completed at the HS office before this day in order to practice with the team.

Message to Athletes:  If you want to be the best athlete you can be, you can't sit around wishing it to happen.  There is no secret short cut, the formula is simple.  The task itself is not easy and it takes a lot of time, but the only way to improve as a runner is to get out and run......alot.  Soon it will become your habit, and it will become your passion.  So whatever your goals are, put your shoes on and make it happen!
